Payment Options

You may pay for your purchases on sikhworld.in using one of the following options:-

Secure Card payments

1. sikhworld.in accepts credit cards and debit cards and is committed to provide a safe transaction environment by using a secure process for payment handling.

2. To enhance security of your payment data, you are automatically redirected to the acquiring bank's payment gateway website, where all required transaction details(i.e. credit/debit card number, expiration date, CVV etc.) are captured on the secured payment page, and encrypted using Industrial Strength Cipher, and are securely transmitted to your Card Issuing bank for obtaining an authorization decision. At no time during the purchase process or thereafter, does sikhworld.in has access to, or stores, your complete card account information. For more details on this please refer our Privacy Policy

3. For greater security, we have enabled our systems for ‘Verified by VISA’ and ‘Master card Secure Code’ facility, applicable to VISA and MASTERCARD respectively. This is an additional security measure necessitating you to enter a password which only you, the card holder, can have access to. Also, sikhworld.in does not capture any such passwords and you enter this directly into a bank’s secure system.

4. It is not uncommon for a request for credit / debit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. This happens due to problems with your card issuing banks servers. You must try again till you get a successful notification.

5. At times the bank’s payment servers or your issuing banks payment servers may be down, in which case a message will be posted informing you of the same. Under such circumstances, you can continue shopping and add merchandise to the bag which would then be saved and you can come back later and complete the payment transaction.

6. Payment on your card bill will appear in your local currency (as per the norms of your card issuing bank). Your card will be charged in Indian currency as per prevailing rate of exchange and charge policies of your card issuer.

Secure Net Banking Options

1. You can make a payment through Net Banking directly from your Bank account. It works just like you make payments from your bank account.

2. On the Checkout page choose Net Banking from the payment options and click on ‘Pay' button at the bottom, Choose the Internet option & select your preferred bank from the drop down.

3. You will be diverted to your Bank’s login page from where you can login using your Net Banking login id and password and complete the payment. After the payment is successfully completed you will be diverted back to our site where your order confirmation will be generated.

4. At no point during the transaction, does sikhworld.in captures or stores your full bank account or Net Banking details. We process the order based on the confirmation received from your bank.

We Don`t offer any Cash on Delivery (COD) Service

We will soon introduce other payment options, to make online shopping on sikhworld.in even more convenient.

Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

Please note our shipping policy as follows:

We currently deliver to all major cities across India.

Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship merchandise to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

Mostly all deliveries are completed within 2-5 days post shipment, excluding the date of shipping.

In certain cases (remote areas) sikhworld.in reserves the right to substitute shipping with Speed Post or ordinary registered India Post Service which may take 2-3 weeks depending on the location.

While we shall endeavour to ship all merchandise in your order together, this may not always be possible due to merchandise characteristics, or availability.

If you believe that the merchandise is not in a good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the merchandise, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or mail us at support@sikhworld.in, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

At sikhworld.in , We assure customers that all due precautions are taken so that package reaches intact. We take pride in delivering on time, every time. To ensure that customer package reaches on time, we make sure that order gets shipped within 24 hours of confirmation.

At sikhworld.in, shipping charges for every product, combo pack, etc are specified on individual product, combo. Please check the shipping charges & other convenience charges if any, before making the final payment. Shipping Charges may be free for some selected products, which will be specified on that particular product

In worst scenario sikhworld.in reserves the rights to cancel the whole or partial order & the payment will be refunded back in 7 working days

We currently ship products only within India. 

You can place orders from across the world but delivery addresses are restricted to India.

We ensure that we deliver the orders the fastest and depending on the location deliver most of the orders in 2 – 10 working days.

How Soon is the order Shipped?

To ensure that customer package reaches on time, we make sure thatorder gets shipped within 24 hours of confirmation.

Your order will be shipped through a recognized courier service provider or India post depending on the serviceability to the areato which the product has to be shipped.

In worst case scenario, the ordered product may get delay for shipment due to out of stock. In such case the status of the order will be informed to the customer through mail or phone call.

sikhworld.in will not be responsible for delay in the shipment, on once the product is shipped. There may be cases of delay while the consignment is in transit. In such case we will take up the issue with our logistic partner and make the consignment deliver to the customer.

Returns / Cancellation Policy

No Returns , exchange, replacement if the selection by the customer is not correct.

Customers may notify us of any manufacturing defect or damages within 72 hours from the delivery from their registered email id only.

We will replace the defective/damaged product with a brand new product at no extra cost. 

If case issues are reported after 72 hours, no replacement / exchange / returns.

sikhworld.in reserves the right to reject the complaint at its discretion.

Due to different screen resolution, brightness, contrast, the product specially turban etc will have some slight difference in colour, so no complaints other than manufacturing defect will be entertained.

sikhworld.in will try to replace the specific product ordered. However sikhworld.in reserves the right to offer an alternate product in case the product is Out of Stock or Discontinued by the manufacturer.

Item(s) must be unused and in their original condition, all original tags and no damage at any way, In case of anything missing, we may decide not take a return request.

Please do take care that you pack item(s) securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to use a reliable courier service.

In order to offer you the hassle free replacement service, it is required to get the product condition checked before sending out the replacement unit. Hence, we need to acquire the defective/damage product before processing replacement or a refund. Our Quality Analysts will evaluate your returned product to ensure adherence to our Returns Guidelines.

We won’t give you any Refund as your Product Return. You can get sikhworld coupon code or credit note which is used to buy any other product at sikhworld.in.

The Return Policy from sikhworld.in is implied only where the product have defect or damage. 

Cases where the wrong selection was made by the customer will be considered discretionary returns and may attract Cancellation/Restocking Charges.

Customers will have to send back the cancelled product , with all the labels, invoilce, packing intact through cheapest mode. Return shipping charges will be reimbursed in the form of Coupon Code or credit note.

Replacement policy is applicable only on the products "sold by sikhworld.in (online)"

sikhworld.in is not responsible for any in-transit damages, while product has been shipped by the customer. Customer is solely responsible for the damage claim from courier company.
